  • Launched v1 solo; onboarded 29 vehicles and 20 registered users in the first two weeks.
  • Engineered a multi-role system (host / renter) with Firebase auth (email + Google), protected routes, real-time in-app chat, and Cloud Function-powered review score aggregation.
  • 3-step listing flow with client-side image pipeline (HEIC → JPEG, WebP responsive variants, srcset) on Firebase Storage; discovery with faceted filters and Sri Lanka location taxonomy; SEO with canonical URLs and JSON-LD.

Full-Stack Developer — University Project

  • Built a tourism day-visit planner for Sri Lanka as a 4th semester university project; allows travellers to browse and plan day visits to local attractions by location.
  • Developed a REST API backend with Laravel and MySQL (schema design, relational data for locations, itineraries, and user sessions); frontend built with Tailwind CSS.
  • Integrated Laravel's built-in authentication (session-based login, registration, and middleware-protected routes) to manage user access across the application.
